In June, we celebrated another year of spectacular coffee table book publishing at the 2026 Booktique Awards Party, held at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. Seventeen books from the world’s leading publishers were revealed as the 2026 Winners across categories including Art, Design, Fashion, Home Interiors, Music, Nature, Sports, Travel, and beyond. Cohosted by three of our favorite style stars—Kevin Kwan, internationally bestselling author of the Crazy Rich Asians trilogy; celebrity interior designer Brigette Romanek; and ROE Caviar founder Sarah Meyer Michaelson—it was a pinch-me night of florals, candlelight, piano music, cocktails, and red-carpet revelry, all fitting tributes to the year's most beautiful books which were displayed for exploration along the penthouse terrace. All guests were invited to cast a vote for the 2026 Book of the Night Award, choosing one book from the 17 hotly-debated candidates. Scroll down or click here for the 2026 Winner reveal!

For the 2025 Booktique Awards, we brightened the spotlight on the winning books with an awards party at Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont, where guests from LA’s creative community were invited to explore the winning books and cast their vote for the 2025 Book of the Night. Joining cohosts Clare Vivier, Joe Zee, and Lawren Howell were fan favorites such as Walton Goggins and Ever Carradine, novelist Kevin Kwan, photographer Todd Selby, fashion stylist Samantha Traina, chef Annie Campbell, and talents from the worlds of design, lifestyle, and media. The winning books across 13 categories were lavishly displayed on the penthouse terrace, each styled in an intimate vignette complete with a dedicated spotlight and a custom, color-coordinated floral arrangement. Guests enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a piano performance while exploring the books against a skyline of palm trees and a sweeping pink sunset, and all were encouraged to cast their vote.
Taking the top prize was Bunny Williams: Life in the Garden, a dazzling showpiece from a home interiors legend. We are delighted to add to its many accolades the title of 2025 Book of the Night. Congratulations!

INTRODUCING the 2026 Book of the Night!
Throughout the evening at Chateau Marmont, the ballot box drew a steady crowd as guests cast their vote for the 2026 Book of the Night, choosing one book from the 17 hotly debated candidates on display. Try as we might, we couldn’t predict which one would ultimately take the top prize. The most talked-about book was surely In the Land of Fire and Ice. The most pored-over books (based on the traffic jams around the display tables) were City of Angels and David Hockney. Another contender, America the Abandoned, elicited hushed wonder in everyone who touched its pages. But at the night’s end, the vote-count revealed all: Wild Ocean claimed third place, Elliott Erwitt: Last Laughs took second, and Pamela Hanson: The ‘90s emerged as the clear winner, earning the most votes by an impressive margin. Congratulations to our 2026 Book of the Night! Learn more below, or click here for a full profile of this dazzling winner.
