  • Guadalupe Laiz is an international artist, photographer, and explorer. She is also the author of Horses of Iceland and Among the Living, Where You Belong, showcasing her wildlife photography of Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania, Botswana, Rwanda, and Uganda. Laiz’s evocative imagery serves as a call to action, highlighting the urgent need for conservation efforts. Laiz has partnered with nonprofits involved with environmental issues, animal abuse, and human-animal conflicts in Africa, such as The Dian Fossey Foundation, Save Giraffes Now, and Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, as well as undertaken humanitarian work for 4africa in South Sudan and northern Uganda. Born and raised in Argentina, she is based in Colorado.
